CAINA is a totally free web zine-world. Yes, but what would that mean?
Basically is a blog managed by two insane minds that try to attend any kind of anomalous and deviating social event to turn it into succulent reports, with the same devious and ironically shady attitude of the gossip reportage of the Italian “mondo movie” of the 70’s (Jacopetti in primis) sublimed in the real-trash cult Italian Magazine “Cronaca Vera”.
So that you will read detailed reviews on: gay/lesbo/trans fashion shows, extreme noisers gigs, delirious film visions, porno-shows, erotic art exhibits, group esoterism, sadomasochism nights, abnormal and excessive parties, ect. All dressed with a deeply ironic prose, censorable pictures and videos coming up with unlikely melodies going from italo-disco to extreme noise. In time Caina has developed a specific passion for the live vjing of non conventional sonic events, synchronizing his babilonian film archive including the best among the worst stuff that Italian weirdo film production could give with ultra kinetic brakes, 8bit melodies, contemporary, gabba country and scratch music.
